What a long and complicated and thrilling journey it has been to reach this moment! Along the way I've learned that uncertainty is necessary in the creation of all things.
I've climbed mountains to get here, literally. I've gotten my hands dirty, made a lot of happy messes, some big ugly mistakes, and had quite a few adventures. These paintings have lived in my heart a long time, incubating and waiting for just the right moment to appear. Now that they are here they feel like old friends, and I am so pleased to introduce them to you!
Creating this series has completely changed my relationship to the natural world and to this season. I hope it resonates with you, whatever season you are going through. Thank you for sharing this path with me.
